The science department enjoyed a getaway on May 5 & 6. They took a 4 hour bus ride to the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium in Draper, Utah.
Zoology teacher Mr. Peterson said, “It was cool to see what the kids thought of all the animals. They really loved the Komodo Dragons.”
Students observed and took note of unique animals from all over the world. Some of the class favorites were the shark exhibit, Komodo Dragons, the Arapaima, otters, and the penguins.
This trip was a cool chance for students to see different animals and see how they act.
