It has been a running tradition for the wrestling team to host the Braves Brawl. Male and female wrestlers from Wyoming, Idaho, and even Utah gathered on Dec 12-14 for a weekend-long tournament with the girls competing on Thursday and the boys wrestling on both Friday and Saturday.
This year’s tournament involved 14 teams, some who went head to head with the Braves, and a few individulas even taking first in multiple weight categories. The Lady Braves finished in first place with a score of 252.5 points followed by Thunder Ridge with 207.5 points.
The Braves also took first in the tournament with the Cokeville Panthers falling into second place. The Braves also had 9 weight class winners. All the teams put up a tremendous fight to take the tournament and all did the best they could.
