The National Museum of Military Vehicles, located in Dubois, Wyoming, is a testament to the service and sacrifice of veterans and their families. Mr. Young and Mr. Kabonic took over 50 of their US History students to the venue on April 25th.

Highschool students from a bunch of different schools gather together in their neon at a community teen dance. A few weeks earlier many of them attended the Hawaiian-themed MORP dance. "Dances like this are the best. Nights like these are what I'm going to remember from highs chool," said freshman Kyli Hoopes.

The SVHS color guard team gets together to compete in Blackfoot, Idaho."It was a really great opportunity for us, especially since Star Valley has a smaller color guard. It was amazing to see all of the talent and hard work that the other guards put in to make such amazing shows happen. Since our captain Kassy [Taylor] choreographed our show, it was really interesting to see the feedback the judges gave us. All of us girls worked so hard to make our show happen and I'm so grateful that we got the opportunity to compete,"said Savanna Sloan.

These stairs, build by Mr. Balls and the stagecraft class, helped make some of the most memorable scenes from the musical possible. "The stairs were ginormous and heavy but worked better than we thought. Underneath was a maze of lumber holding them together. We made extra sure to make sure that they weren't going to collapse, super fun piece to build! We never did finish the newel posts, but I don't think anyone noticed," said Balls.

The attendance policy is a topic that most students in the school have a pretty strong opinion about. The attendance policy says that student who miss more than 6 days in a class will have to do credit recovery to make up the time they missed in the class, Greyson Wolfley had this to say about credit recovery "I have lost three of my Fridays because I have to go to the remediation friday school to make up hours on my own time to get the credits back."
SVHS Attendance Policy, Is it Fair?
Teenagers are known to be on their phones often, but do other generations understand why? "I do think that some people are addicted, but I think a lot of kids see it as a escape from reality. Just being on my phone for a few minutes after a stressful day helps me relax," explains Gabe Henrie. Most adults view teenagers as phone addicts, but in reality they are just trying to relieve some of the stress that builds up.

Navy Earling and Berlin Heiner, best friends for years, stand side by side with smiles that tell a story of resilience and laughter. Their bond is built on understanding each other's struggles and offering support through the mental challenges they've both faced. Through it all, Navy and Berlin have been each other’s constants, a reminder that the best friendships are the ones that help us grow.

The FFA officers stand together in the order in the order of their positions. 2nd-Vice President Lizzy Petersen said, "Some of my favorite things about FFA are the animals we work with (my favorite is definitely the chickens), the constant and never-ending lessons to learn about both agriculture and everyday life, and the enormous family that FFA has throughout the entire nation." Lizzy has been doing FFA for 3 years and is very passionate about her role in it.
