Crew Morgan joins members of the football team for the “Mighty Mighty Titans” walk and dance at the beginning of the first school assembly of the year. The group performed in front of the student body as the SBOs introduced this year’s school theme. Their performance helped hype up the auditorium with energy and school spirit.

Johna Finch participates in one of the assembly’s entertaining challenges by drinking the power shake. Finch said ”Drinking the power shake was one of the scariest things I’ve ever done. Even watching other people drink it backstage almost made me sick. When it was finally my turn, they added a whole can of beans to the shake, making the texture even worse”. The unusual combination gave the students a funny moment to watch as Finch took on the challenge in front of the students to show that he is committed and willing. Activities like this helped keep students engaged throughout the assembly.
