The last week of the semester is always a stressful time for students. With final projects, papers, and tests, this time of year can be extremely hectic, especially as Christmas break approaches.

“Honors English is definitely one of my hardest classes. It is very stressful because my teacher  assigns us tons of essays. I’ve kind of lost all my motivation because it’s the end of the semester and I’m just ready for the break,” said senior Kylee Erickson.

“History was my most stressful class during finals week because I wasn’t able to find the quizlets for studying,” said Junior Lily Tucker

“My most stressful class this semester was geometry because it is stupid and hard,” said sophomore Kumari McCormick.

Even students taking some of their classes online have last minute tests to prepare for.

“I took online US government this semester, and it’s tough because it consists of college tests, so there are higher expectations to get a better grade,” said junior Josie Foster.

Although studying and taking last minute tests at the end of the semester can be stressful, Christmas break makes it all worthwhile.
