Nike Blazers Hit at Prom

PUMPED UP KICKS: Winston Green and Kendyll Rappleye sport matching shoes for their prom date. “I liked matching because they were really comfortable. They were way better than wearing dress shoes. They were white and black, so I will wear them for many reasons even after prom,” said Green.

Nike Blazers have become a popular shoe around the school. Their comfortable fit and many different color options make the shoes desirable for people. These shoes first came out in 1973 and were originally used as basketball shoes, but today people wear them to skateboard or just kick around in everyday. Buyers can even customize their pair on Nike’s website. These shoes even showed up in matching pairs on couples at the recent prom.
