It’s been a few years since the weather cooperated for us die hard powderpuff fans and players on Thursday of homecoming week. During Homecoming Week, freshmen, sophomore, juniors and seniors laced up their cleats, put some black paint under their eyes, and headed to the football field for a little friendly, traditional powderpuff football.

BURNER: Seirra Butler turns the corner and speeds to victory

Prior to the game, the girls worked hard at practice. They learned some basic football plays. The coaches consisted of some of the football players. The coaches pushed the girls to their limits, and expected nothing but 100%on the field, and a 120% is what they got. Sophomores beat the freshmen.  Juniors had no chance with the tough offense of the seniors. Senior Sierra Butler showed some amazing speed and dominated on offense.  It’s the tradition of Powder Puff that makes homecoming week so memorable and special.

HUDDLE UP: Junior Puffers chill in the the attire of white, probably as white as their dance moves.

BLACK OUT: Seniors grinning because they came out with the W like always.
